An insight into my personal experiences  of making and playing dulcimers....
I've been making and playing Dulcimers for about 40 years, or so. I always thought I was the only one, but after a chance meeting with another player, I found out about the Nonsuch Dulcimer Club which  currently has around 200 members, most of whom I've since met and got to know. My life has changed dramatically since then. I'm still playing, still making, but no longer in isolation. These pages are just a brief history of my involvement with the instrument.

It's not intended to be a definitive guide, just my own personal observations.
